As a result of a court case by the European Commission against the Netherlands regarding the high application fees for permits imposed by the Dutch Immigration Authorities (IND), various fees will be decreased considerably as per May 3, 2018.
For example:
- fees for highly skilled migrant and ICT applications are reduced from
EUR 938 to EUR 582. - fees for a search year application are reduced from EUR 641 to EUR 285.
- fees for the regular application for registration as authorized sponsor
from EUR 5.345 to EUR 3.861.
