\nThe legal fees for the following applications for family members of a highly skilled migrant are reduced to \u20ac 225,- per application:<\/p>\n
\n– application for a Dutch residence permit without MVV
\n– application to change the purpose of stay
\n– application for extension of the Dutch residence permit of the partner \/ spouse (for children the fee of \u20ac150,- will remain the same for extension applications)<\/p>\n
\nFurthermore, the fees for a researcher within the meaning of Directive 2005\/71\/EC and for study purposes will be reduced to \u20ac300,- per application. This fee applies for the following applications:<\/p>\n
\n– application for a Dutch residence permit without MVV
\n– application to change the purpose of stay<\/p>\n
