Before said date UK nationals can continue to live, work and study in the Netherlands without a residence permit.<\/p>\n<p>As of 1 January 2021 a residence permit is required. Referring to our earlier <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/limes-int.com\/nl\/dutch-residence-permit-for-all-uk-nationals-and-their-family-members\/\">NewsFlash of 2 July 2020<\/a><\/strong>, we would like to inform you that the IND no longer sends invitation letters since August 2020.
