Als er geen VK-registratie (met aangifteplicht) nodig is, kan digitaal restitutie worden aangevraagd. BELANGRIJK: de referentieperiode is niet het kalenderjaar (zoals binnen de EU), maar een periode van twaalf maanden die loopt van 1 juli tot en met 30 juni.
