Aan deze voorwaarde is voldaan als het belastbare salaris gedurende de looptijd van de 30%-regeling continu voldoet aan het salariscriterium.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor 2023 moet het belastbare loon hoger zijn dan EUR 41.954 of EUR 31.891 voor werknemers met een kwalificerend masterdiploma en die jonger zijn dan 30 jaar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deze voorwaarde wordt door de Nederlandse Belastingdienst gecontroleerd aan de hand van de verstrekte salarisgegevens voor 2023.
