Als goederen worden verkocht aan ondernemers en niet-ondernemers met een bestemming buiten de EU, dan geldt een nultarief voor \u2018export\u2019; als goederen worden verkocht aan ondernemers met een bestemming binnen de EU geldt een nultarief inzake een \u2018intracommunautaire levering\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Voor beide nultarieven gelden specifieke voorwaarden, die nader worden uitgelegd in officieel beleid.
