De Belastingdienst heeft aangegeven dat invoering van het nieuwe belastingverdrag tussen Nederland en Duitsland opnieuw met een jaar wordt uitgesteld. De beoogde ingangsdatum is thans 1 januari 2016. Dat betekent onder meer dat de compensatieregeling in dit nieuwe verdrag nog niet in 2015 kan worden toegepast.
