As of January 1, 2013 the revised salary requirements for Dutch residence permit applications are as follows:

Salary requirements in EUR gross per year
Highly skilled migrants < 30 years: 38,141.-
Highly skilled migrants 30 years and older: 52,010.-
Highly skilled migrants who graduated in the Netherlands and who started working as highly skilled migrant within the first year after graduation: 27,336.-
Highly skilled migrants who recently (less than 3 years ago) graduated abroad at Master or PhD level at an institution listed in the top 150 of the Times Higher Education Supplement publication of 2007 or the Jiao Tong Shanghai University publication of 2007: 27,336.-

For completeness’ sake, please note that the 2012 salary requirements will still be applicable to applications for highly skilled migrants, which have been filed prior to January 1, 2013 and which are still in process. This does also apply in case the MVV-application is filed prior to January 1, 2013 and the actual Dutch residence permit application will only be filed in 2013.
